This is my angel from yesterday. I added a fresco filter and a colored pencil filter. Then, I added a yellow layer underneath the drawing layer and erased through for the halo. Then, I merged the layers and used the colored pencil filter again. Then, I added two gradient filters, one blue and one yellow.

This is my sketch from yesterday. First, I duplicated the background layer. Then, I added the photocopy filter and the cutout filter. Then I added a yellow to pink gradient underneath the background layer and erased through for the star and halo. Then, I added a blue gradient over the top.

Blue Sponge-painted Angel

I painted this angel with acrylic paint. Kind of just a fun sketchy sponge painty day.

Faith!

First I gessoed my paper to prime it. Then, I wrote on the background with a fine point Sharpie--Faith, Hope, Love, Joy, Peace. Then, I sponge painted light pink over that background. Then, I painted Faith and the angel wing over the top.

Then, I added a yellow fill layer underneath that layer. Then, I erased through the background layer so you can see the yellow. Then, I added texture to that layer. Then I added a blue to yellow gradient layer.
